The Keeper’s Table is a Black Oak Magick publication.
Unless otherwise stated, original written content, photography, graphics, illustrations, artwork, branding, logos, page designs, downloadable materials, product descriptions, educational materials, original recipe commentary, storytelling, and other creative works appearing on Black Oak Magick websites and related publications are owned by or licensed to Black Oak Magick.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Personal Use
You are welcome to:
• read and enjoy the website;
• save links for your own reference;
• share links to publicly available pages;
• print a reasonable copy of a recipe or article for your own non-commercial use; and
• quote brief portions of written material when properly attributed and legally permitted.
Permission Is Required For
Unless otherwise permitted by law, prior written permission is required before you:
• republish substantial portions of an article;
• reproduce original photographs or artwork;
• copy website content onto another website, newsletter, book, course, social-media account, or commercial publication;

Recipes
Copyright law does not protect every aspect of a recipe in the same manner. A basic ingredient list or underlying culinary concept may not receive the same protection as original creative expression.
Black Oak Magick retains rights in protectable original material surrounding its recipes, including:
• original photographs;
• personal and family stories;
• historical commentary;
• original instructional prose;
• introductions and headnotes;
• creative descriptions;
• original illustrations and graphics;
• distinctive arrangement and presentation; and
• other original written expression.
Traditional, historical, family, or culturally shared recipes may have origins extending far beyond Black Oak Magick.
We do not claim ownership over cultural traditions or culinary knowledge that is not ours to own.
Family Photographs and Archival Materials
Family photographs, historical images, handwritten recipes, letters, documents, and other archival materials displayed through The Keeper’s Table may carry separate ownership, privacy, attribution, or historical considerations.
Their appearance on the website does not place them in the public domain or authorize their reproduction.
Please do not copy, republish, alter, commercially use, or redistribute family or archival photographs without written permission.
Sharing Our Work
If you wish to reference something from Black Oak Magick, the preferred method is to share a direct link to the original page.
When quoting a brief passage, please clearly credit Black Oak Magick or the applicable Black Oak Magick publication and provide a link to the original source when possible.
