Contact & Communications Notice
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
Send a Raven is the official contact channel for Black Oak Magick and its related publications and branches, including The Keeper’s Table.
You may use Send a Raven for general inquiries, website questions, collaboration requests, order or service questions, accessibility concerns, privacy requests, corrections, or other appropriate correspondence.
Response Times
Messages are reviewed thoughtfully and answered as availability permits.
Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for a response to routine inquiries. Complex requests, research questions, weekends, holidays, travel, or periods of unusually high volume may require additional time.
Submitting multiple copies of the same message may delay rather than accelerate a response.
Please Do Not Use This Form for Emergencies
Black Oak Magick does not provide emergency, crisis, medical, psychiatric, legal, or other emergency-response services.
Do not use Send a Raven for urgent situations requiring immediate professional assistance.
Privacy
Information submitted through the contact form will be used primarily to review and respond to your message and for reasonable administrative or business purposes connected with your inquiry.
Please do not submit passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form.
For additional information about how personal information may be handled, please review the Privacy Policy.
Respectful Communication
Black Oak Magick welcomes thoughtful questions, constructive feedback, collaboration inquiries, and genuine conversation.
Messages containing threats, harassment, hate speech, spam, fraud, abusive content, repeated unwanted solicitation, or unlawful material may be ignored, blocked, or reported when appropriate.
No Professional Relationship Created
Sending a message through Send a Raven does not by itself create a therapeutic, medical, legal, financial, fiduciary, spiritual-counseling, or other professional relationship.
Any paid service or formal engagement is governed by the terms specifically provided for that offering.
Corrections and Attribution
If you believe material on the website contains an error, lacks appropriate attribution, or infringes a right you hold, you are welcome to contact Black Oak Magick through Send a Raven with sufficient information for the matter to be reviewed.
We take thoughtful, good-faith concerns seriously.
Let your message find its way beneath the branches.
